I am a proficient developer who has been on this programming journey for a long time. I work full time for a tech company in a non tech role, and I am looking to change that.

I have a BSC Hons in IT & Computing, along with some self taught experience and projects created along the way.

Management Admin Support

2009 – 2011

British Telecom, Belfast, NI

  • Completed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Compiled Excel dashboards for several contact centres, (using Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Organised meetings to present this information in the form of PowerPoint slide presentations to centre managers.
  • Utilised VBA to automate report building, included reducing a daily 3-hour task to just a few minutes.
